Triangle Eight exists because complex business challenges require multiple perspectives. We help companies triangulate their position and support them with the right people for successful and lasting business outcomes.
Our “Why”
Triangle Eight was founded in 2025 to address recurring challenges we kept seeing: businesses struggling to match leadership expertise to their evolving needs, and needing that expertise quickly when traditional recruitment can take months. In a high-cost, competitive labour market, businesses need the flexibility to access different leadership styles and experience levels as companies start up or continue to mature, without the expense of maintaining full scale executive teams permanently.
Our Founder
Our Founder, Heather Kitson, has over 25 years of (re)insurance experience, the majority in senior leadership roles across Bermuda reinsurance companies and banking/finance institutions.
Heather is a dual-qualified lawyer (UK and Bermuda) and returned home to Bermuda in 2005, having previously worked at a London City law firm for seven years, to take up a position as General Counsel and Director of Aspen Re, which was a new start-up. Subsequently she has held senior leadership roles at various Bermuda and UK regulated institutions including Chief Operating Officer of a Bermuda life reinsurer and Deputy CEO of Convex Re. Heather has also held non-executive directorships on regulated company boards and serves as Chair of the Board of several children's non-profits.

Whilst we have broad reach at Triangle Eight, we're not experts at everything and where specific expertise serves our clients best or better suits their budget, we work with carefully selected local and international partners. We prioritize our clients’ needs over more profit and firmly believe that if we do what is best for our client that will be, in the long run, what is best for us too.
