Regulatory Advisory
Our Founder
Heather is a dual-qualified lawyer and C-suite executive with over 20 years of senior leadership experience in the Bermuda market across the insurance, reinsurance, banking, and investment sectors. She practised in London at a leading reinsurance dispute resolution for seven years before returning home to Bermuda to join Aspen Insurance in 2005.
Known for steady authority, clear judgement, and disciplined execution, Heather has guided organisations through growth, transformation, and regulatory scrutiny with responsibility for operations in Bermuda, UK, US, and Europe.
Heather’s career has been shaped by her ability to lead complex businesses through growth, transformation, and regulatory scrutiny. She has overseen large-scale Bermuda operational build-outs, managed cross-border teams, and delivered results in dynamic, high-stakes environments.
Roles have included Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Board Director at various NYSE-listed, regulated, and private equity-backed organisations with operations in Bermuda, US and the UK. She also serves on the boards of Insurance, FinTech and Investments companies as a non-executive director.
